  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Once an item has left the store it cannot be resold and will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Please test the comfort of your mattress while in the store. Individual comfort is NOT guaranteed and will not be grounds for return or exchange.
  • Please inspect your item at time of pick-up or delivery to ensure there is no damage. We do occasionally get damaged items from the factory and will gladly remedy the situation. Due to fraudulent claims, Flatland Furniture will not be responsible for damage reported after the day of acceptance of merchandise.
  • Warranty exchanges are at the discretion of management. If you do not agree with the manager’s decision, you may file the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Warranty exchanges will not be accepted without mattress tags.
  • Special orders placed will be eligible for changes up until the merchandise is accepted but may incur a restocking fee at manager’s discretion. The restocking fee may be up to 20% of the purchase price. When placing a special order, please inquire as to what items are likely to have a restocking fee assessed.
